Mission Statement:

The mission of the Civil Rights Unit is to ensure equal employment opportunity within ODOT and to implement and provide guidance to prevent discrimination in federal aid programs and activities. 

Duties:

The Civil Rights Unit is responsible for investigating and responding to allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, which are prohibited by ODOT's policies, state law and federal law.
