Our mission is to provide design and design support service for the efficient and timely development of quality roadway and bridge construction plans that enable the Department to accomplish its delivery of highway improvement projects in accordance with established schedules.

   Our customers are the General Public, other Governmental Agencies, and the Ohio Department of Transportation District Offices. We will be open, responsive and accountable to their needs.

   We are dedicated to becoming a vehicle through which the Department may maintain a high level of technical, managerial and professional expertise among its employees to further serve the People of Ohio.
