The Systems Planning Section is
responsible for the analysis of system conditions with respect to the
following:

Systems condition analysis needed for planning programs and projects
-
Pavement conditions on the three policy systems
(Priority, General and Urban)

Bridge Conditions
-
Safety & Congestion (HSP, Hot Spot, Safety Corridor,
Safety/Congestion Work Plan,
etc.)
-
TRAC/Major New project application analysis and
scoring
-
Performance Measurement (OPI results and quarterly
exception reports)
-
Forecasting fiscal levels needed to meet system
condition goals
-
Multi-Year Work Plan for pavement and bridges
