Seney, Executive Director of the Ohio Rail Development Commission (ORDC) requested today that the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) direct CSX Transportation to install lights and gates at ten (10) railroad/highway grade crossings on a rail corridor that runs north and south through Delaware County. The ORDC works with the PUCO to streamline railroad safety projects with installations completed within one year.
