Request - Right of Way Plan Development Course
This two day course is a prequalification requirement for
consultants desiring to prepare right of way plans and
legal descriptions for
transportation projects. Both the designated Right of Way
Plan Designer and the designated Right of Way Plan
Reviewer are required to take
the training for the consulting firm to become
prequalified.
Attendance is limited to ODOT personnel, ODOT
prequalified Right of Way Designers and Reviewers and
those seeking to become Right of Way Designers and/or
Reviewers.
