List of Final Inspectors and Back Ups who must inspect
every project at the the completion of the Work as a condition of acceptance
according to 109.12 and also perform any partial acceptance of a completed
portion of a project according to 109.11. They also issue the C-85
which starts warranty maintenance periods. Procedures for Final Inspection
are governed by Policy 27-007(P) and Standard Procedures 510-007(SP)
