Documentation and Critical Inspections for Item 617

Item 617 Reconditioning Shoulders

This section recommends minimum documentation and critical inspection requirements for Item 617. All of the following documentation requirements must be recorded in the project daily reports. References to the appropriate specifications, proposals and plan notes or details for all the inspector reports are required. Specifications or other requirements waived by the Project Engineer shall be noted on the daily diaries.

2. Spreading.
3. Compaction.
4. Obtain weight ticket, if required.
