- Added PN-604, Allowing 0 to 15% P-200.
- All of the materials went to 703.18.
- Conversion factor was added for recycled
asphalt.
- Added a minimum compactive effort of 4
passes with compaction equipment weighting at least 6 tons.
- Added detail on calculating conversion
factors.
- The requirement for adding asphalt to
RACP was dropped.
- Added a new, more open, gradation
requirement for RACP.
- Reference was made to saturated surface
dry when material comes on site wet and sloppy.
- This has been a problem in the past.
