Check that the following operations are proceeding properly
per 409.03:
- Intermediate
course is saw cut if surface is not placed within 5 days.
- Saw
cut the surface within 48 hours.
- Alignment
of saw cuts over joints.
- Check
saw cut dimensions.
- Proper
cleaning of the cut.
- Length
of cut.
- Keep
clean until sealing.
- Proper
sealant heating according to manufacturer’s instruction.
- Check
for backer rod placement, sealant thickness, and uniform placement.
