Our goal is to provide the District construction personnel with the tools necessary to successfully handle disputes that arise on construction projects. Such tools include an interactive database of decisions rendered by Central Office hearing boards and various neutrals, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) (e.g. negotiation and mediation) information and resources, and access to claims and dispute resolution training.
