Pre-bid questions must be received no later than the close of business 8 days before a scheduled letting date.  An addendum being issued is dependent upon the information received and the impact on the competitive bid letting process.

Pre-bid questions can be phoned in at 614-387-0739 from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.  Pre-bid questions can be e-mailed using this form or faxed at 614-887-4444.  All pre-bid inquiries must have the following:  Name of the Sender, Contractor or Company Name, Phone Number, Project Number, Letting Date, a detailed description of the question (including reference numbers or plan sheet numbers) and any Other Pertinent Information.

Bidders are NOT to contact any other ODOT office, including District offices, for responses to pre-bid questions.
