The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is committed to
strengthening and expanding our Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
Program and minority business contracting opportunities within the
Department and the construction industry.
The Office of Contracts, Disadvantaged
Business Enterprise Services Section, is working to ensure that the
members of the DBE Program are provided educational and technical
assistance in building stronger, more competitive companies.
Effective July 16th,
2003, all firms applying for DBE certification must use the new
Federal Unified Certification
Program (UCP) application. |
