In addition to the Adobe Acrobat Version of the Bid Letting Pamphlet there is an Excel file with the breakdown of project information.  This file will be dynamically updated nightly to reflect the current projects in a letting such as Late Submissions (8000 Projects) and Emergency jobs.  These types of jobs have never been in the pamphlet due to getting added to the schedule after the pamphlet was created.  You can use the "Current Index of Projects" to list the general job information like Project Number, County-Route-Section, Project Type and PID Number.  To find the items for each job view the "Bid Letting Pamphlet" link below.
